Return, Exchange, Damage & Refund Policy

1. Return Authorization

RA# Required:
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us at support@rebeltorque.com to request a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Timeframe:
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • The return must be received by Rebel Torque within 10 days of your original delivery date.
  • Include your invoice number, order date, and RA# clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • High-performance parts
  • Electrical components (chargers, controllers, regulators, etc.)
  • Materials sold by the foot
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Consumables (oils, chemicals)
  • Manuals, books
  • Used parts

4. Restocking & Fees

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Original Shipping:
Returns for non-defective items are subject to a charge equal to the original shipping cost.

Return Shipping:
Unless Rebel Torque shipped the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return postage.

5. Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Item:
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, Rebel Torque will cover shipping both ways and expedite the replacement.

Standard Exchanges:
For non-defective exchanges, follow the Return Authorization process. You’ll be billed for any price differences and associated shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Inspection on Arrival:
Inspect all shipments upon delivery. For LTL freight, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report concealed damage within 5 business days.

Reporting:
Notify us within 10 days of delivery at support@rebeltorque.com or call 321-344-0773. Include photos of the damage and your RA#.

Replacements:
We will ship replacement parts at no charge (labor not included). Major defects may qualify for a full unit replacement at Rebel Torque’s discretion.

7. Refund Processing

Approval & Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

Refund Timing:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Deduction:
Refund amounts will be reduced by the restocking fee, original shipping charges, and any unreimbursed return shipping costs.

8. Lost or Stolen Returns

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rebel Torque is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
