1. Warranty Coverage

Rebel Torque is selling MotoTec products and are backed by limited manufacturer warranties that vary by product category. Most products include a 30-day parts replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.

2. Coverage Details

  • Electric Components (Motors, Controllers, Batteries): 30 days from date of delivery
  • Frame/Structural Components: Up to 6 months, depending on the product
  • Wear-and-Tear Items (tires, tubes, brakes, chains, etc.): Not covered under warranty
  • Labor, damage from misuse, or modifications: Not covered

3. Warranty Process

To file a warranty claim, please email support@rebeltorque.com with the following:

  • Your order number and full contact details
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the defective part

Upon review, we will determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty replacement and issues a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if applicable.

4. Replacement Terms

  • Warranty coverage applies to replacement of defective parts only, not full units unless otherwise stated.
  • Labor is not included under warranty.
  • Return shipping of defective parts is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

5. Warranty Limitations

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, water, or lack of maintenance voids all warranty coverage.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
  • Items purchased as clearance, closeout, or final sale may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
